Holly Cottage is a grade 2 listed Duke of Bedford cottage on the edge of Tavistock town. A delightful character newly refurbished end terrace cottage sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. With beamed ceilings and a woodburner, it has a lovely welcoming feeling. Close to the moors yet only a 2 minute walk into this lovely market town with a wide variety of really different shops, and of course, the regular pannier market.
Owls Roost has been designed with romantic luxury in mind. Sleeping 2 people and having generous rooms with a wonderful bathroom with large 2 person bath with seperate shower. A woodburner in the lounge and a wealth of character beams throughout. An adjoining bridlepath takes you straight onto Dartmoor
Fresh flowers, together with a traditional cream tea, a basket of logs and a bottle of wine welcome you to our lovely holiday homes where you can relax and do as much or as little as you want to. The accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING and terms and conditions apply.
Our tariff is fully inclusive of services and linen, unlike others we don't charge extra for heating in the winter and there are no meters. We make no charge for cleaning providing the cottages are left in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning materials are provided in both cottages.
You receive a complimentary basket of logs, further baskets are available for a small charge.
